Ms. Willis tries to give everyone a chance to learn and be successful. As a child, her goal was to be an educator. She feels it has been her mission to show each child the patience and love that God shows her and teach the next generation the importance of serving their communities. She feels each person that walks into her classroom needs love, respect, and encouragement. The leadership training,speech work, and charity training Ms. Willis retains has evolved throughout her career. She bestows these qualities upon her students to make them well-rounded.
