Ms. White spent two years in New Delhi, India and five years in Papua, New Guinea at a telecommunications training center. She developed a supplemental training program that was used in conjunction with existing manuals and developed lesson plans. She is involved with assisting the state endorsement process for the coordination and review of watershed plans in Ohio.

Coordinating grant programs administered by the division of soil and water resources; Reviewing, prioritizing and ranking applicants and local watershed groups for grant funding; Coordinating with grant sponsors to ensure compliance with state regulations
