Extended Bio Profile:
Dr. Clarke published a poem entitled ‘The Dawn of Autumn’ in the International Library of Poetry. She also published an article entitled 'Leadership Strategies for Effective Schools' in the Caribbean Journal of Education and Development, Volume 8, Number 1, 2004/2005. She works as an adjunct professor at The University of the West Indies in Jamaica and has completed two course manuals in action research in higher education and educational planning, and management for postgraduate students. Her commitment to helping people realize their full potential and her discipline are what separates her from her peers. Dr. Clarke's words of wisdom to live by are 'what the mind conceives, it can achieve' and 'the sky is the limit.'
