Previous veteran of the Vietnam War in 1971. He flew the UH-1H Huey. After the war Mr. Barber was flying in Central and South America during the Drug War of the early 1990s before heading to the Bosnian War in 1992.

Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Barber was the first foreigner to hold an airline operating certificate in Croatia where he was one of the founding fathers of the American Chamber of Commerce. His airline, Ivan Air, was the first airline to fly into Sarajevo, Bosnia Hezegovina after the Bosnia War ended. He has extensive flight experience with United Nation contracts around the world. He currently has two aviation companies, one in the United States of America and the other in Kiev, Ukraine. He later was granted the FedEx contract for the country of Croatia after the war.
