Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of her career was being featured in the book, 'Power and Wisdom; The New Path for Women,' written by Dr. Priscilla Marotta in 1998. Her business success and accomplishments have been featured in various newspapers and business articles and has spoken publicly on a variety of topics. She believes the most gratifying aspect of her career has been the opportunity to learn and share life's lessons with others to help them achieve their future goals and dreams.

She attributes her success to the stepping up the the challenge with the personal courage and perseverance needed to embrace new opportunities and overcome adversity.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession with Deliver the Dream prior to being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1998 and in 2000 was elected to the board of trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in South Florida and remains dedicated to their overall mission and helping others through their journey.
Extended Bio Profile:
Prior to Holly’s illness, she was Vice President for JM&A Group and World Omni Financial, two core companies for JMFamily Enterprises, a privately held Florida based company. Holly was responsible for Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Marketing. Prior to JM, she directed 9 sales and recruitment offices for Olsten Staffing Services, a National Temporary and Permanent Staffing Firm. Holly’s overall career was shaped at Citicorp/Citibank where she enjoyed 13 years at Citibank responsible for sales, service, operations and control for 17 mortgage and consumer bank branches throughout Florida. At the age of 20 she opened her own real estate office and at 16 worked as an overseas telephone operator for AT&T at night and went to high school during the day. In her younger years she spent most of her time in the ocean perfecting her 'surfing skills' and was designated the East Coast Surfing Champion for Women. She currently dabbles on writing her autobiography, which she says 'is truly been a labor of love' over the past few years. When completed she plans on leaving any proceeds to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Deliver the Dream. Her hopes are to communicate a series of messages based on her own life experiences that demonstrate how small victories can be shaped into a lifetime of successes. More specifically, how 'enlightened experiences' and 'life-changing altercations' can create a powerful new purpose in ones’ life, which can provide new opportunities in life yo make an even more significant difference and create a meaningful legacy.
