She attributes her success to her parents' values and belief that if you do what you love, then the only possible outcome can be success.

She became involved in her profession after doing temporary work in the field of accounts payable and realized that she wanted to expand upon her accounting skills.

Ms. Greene has a strong belief in God and family and always puts them first. Many times she has returned home, as her father says, 'to save the family farm.' She has always been a very hard worker and was taught that no matter what position you hold, you should always give 110 percent. She adheres to the belief that failure is not the result of an unsuccessful attempt. The failure lies in never having attempted in the first place. She often worked two jobs while going to school and when school was on break, she would work three jobs.
